Boylan, Brown has extensive experience in all aspects of federal, state, and international taxation ranging from tax-exempt financing to corporate reorganizations to individual estate tax planning. The firm has particular expertise in the area of business and international taxation, representing clients on a wide range of tax issues affecting business transactions for corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, sole proprietorships and individuals. We advise our clients with respect to both taxable and tax-free transactions and assist them in developing tax-efficient structures for those transactions.
We work with our clients to devise strategies that achieve the desired tax results without forfeiting other important goals. Boylan Brown's attorneys have been on the faculties of Yale Law School, Cornell Law School and the Syracuse University College of Law. In particular, Robert Nassau has taught international tax for over a decade, and practiced extensively in that area at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City.
